For those of you who are invited to the marriage ceremony and then the evening reception (Pewter Day guests), you may want to take advantage of what the City has to offer during the afternoon.  Below, we have suggested some possible attractions or landmarks that you may be interested in visiting, all of which are situated a short distance from St Mary's Church:

Marlyebone High Street

A 5 minute walk from St Mary's Church.

Madame Tussauds Wax Works Museum

A 5-10 min walk from St Mary's Church, located next to Baker Street Tube Station.

Regents Park

One of London's many gorgeous parks, with fantastic scenery, boats, cafe and entertainment. Regents Park is also the home of London Zoo

Oxford Street

One of London's most famous streets, ideal for shopping! Easily accessible: 15 walk from St Mary's Church, or a 5 minute bus ride (any bus on Baker Street, or a 2 min tube ride on the Bakerloo line from Baker Street - Oxford Street- only one stop).

Regent Street

The intersection in the middle of Oxford Road is with London's Regent Street, where you will find one of the world's most famous tourist attractions for visitors to central London - Hamleys Toy Store - a joy for adults and children alike, with 7 huge floors of exciting toys and fun.  Be warned!  If you go in there, you might end up staying there all afternoon!

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT our wedding ceremony and then at 7PM.
